WoofNet is a simple online system that displays information on a Digital Noticeboard placed in a  suitable place in an Individual's House, Apartment or Room.

Information of any description can be updated by those provided with access by the Account Holder, making it possible for an Individual suffering from memory loss or confusion to view at any time, and as often as required, any details they need to remind themselves of.

About the MemBo Noticeboard System

The MemBo Noticeboard System enables  the effective sharing of information between Organisations, Residents & Families through integrated

Live Community and Personal Noticeboards.

It's personal Noticeboard provides support for people to maintain their independence, and importantly for their families, and enables far more effective sharing of information between Residential Community Managers and their Residents, Families and other Stakeholders.

Individuals & Families take a Personal Membership which enables access by multiple people to upload  appointments, notes and photos on a Private  Noticeboard. Access can be provided to Home Care Providers, and the Noticeboard can also be enabled to receive  Community information if desired.
Home Care Providers can be provided with access to manage appointments on their Clients' Noticeboards from the Organisation Management Hub which includes capacity to display a photo of the carer or other relevant image eg shower, coffee cup or shopping trolley.
Providers will experience less missed appointments, less calls from clients and families, and less confusion at the door.
Residential Facilities can display information and documents on their Community Noticeboards, providing access for Residents and their Families & Carers.
Residents can activate a Personal Membership enabling use of a Private Noticeboard which can also integrate with the Community Noticeboard.

TESTIMONIALS

Tablet elderly people.jpg

“MemBo noticeboard has been great for me to help Mum keep in touch with what is happening in her daily life.  I am able to upload all of her activities at the facility she is living as well as add other notes about her bank accounts, when I am coming to visit and any other messages.

I hope the day comes when this communication tool is the norm across all aged care facilities – where families can leave messages and the staff can add notes about the visits they have had and leave clinical notes for the family.

I commend Mark & Anne-Louise for seeing a gap and taking up the challenge to provide a simple and better solution.”
